Our speaker for November is Paul Hoffarth, Fisheries Biologist, with the WDFW. He will speak to us about "Tracking fish populations": common methods of marking anadromous fish and how they are used to manage populations
And then cover "Fishing the internet", where to find information on river flow, fish counts, trout plants, harvest (creel info), weather, local biologists, public access

If there is time remaining he will discuss:
"Forecasting of salmon and steelhead returns to the Columbia River"
